You will receive a text or email confirmation with your scheduled date, time window, and phlebotomist or courier details. Please be available during the scheduled timeframe.

2. What to Have Ready

• A valid photo ID
• Your lab requisition form or test kit (if required)
• Any special instructions from your provider (e.g., fasting)
• Insurance card (if applicable)

3. For Specialty Kits or Gender Reveal Tests
Please ensure the kit are available for the appointment. If you’re scheduling an early gender reveal, make sure you are at least 6 weeks pregnant on the day of the draw.

4. Mileage or Additional Fees
If your location is outside our standard coverage zone, mileage or rush service fees may apply. You’ll be notified in advance if this is the case.
